We always aim to deliver top-quality products to your doorstep.
But if something isn’t right, we’re here to sort it out quickly and fairly.
What’s eligible for return or replacement?
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- You received a damaged product
- Accessories or parts are missing from the package

Please note: We won’t be able to process any return requests after 7 days from the delivery date.
What’s not eligible?
A return or replacement won't be accepted if:
- The product has been used, misused, or altered in any way
- The original packaging is missing or damaged (including tags, labels, accessories, box, etc.)
- The serial number or barcode is tampered
- The return request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product was delivered in perfect condition
- You simply changed your mind or no longer need the item
How to initiate a return or replacement request?

Please share the following:
- Clear images of the product and packaging (the issue should be visible)
- A short video showing the problem (if possible)
- Order ID
Our team will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup from your address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process a refund, replacement, or store credit within 24 hours.
Note:
Replacement depends on stock availability.
All returns go through a quality check before approval.Â
HOFU reserves the right to deny repeated returns for the same order.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take extra time to reflect the refund in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No worries!
You can cancel your order before it’s shipped by:
- Logging into your account and heading to the My Orders section
- Or contacting our team via WhatsApp: +91 95005 22450

Orders cannot be cancelled once they’re shipped.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Discount codes used in a cancelled order will be considered used and cannot be reused.
