Orders & Shipping
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by following these steps:
Cancel Online (Recommended)
Go to hofu.in and log into your account.
Click on ‘My Orders’ in your account dashboard.
Find the order you want to cancel.
Click on the ‘Cancel Order’ button next to it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once the cancellation is successful.
Important:
To ensure a smooth cancellation, we recommend doing this within 24 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they’re shipped.
You can track your order in two simple ways:
Option 1: Through Your HOFU Account
- Visit hofu.in and log in to your account.
- Go to the “My Orders” section.
- Find the order you’d like to track and click “Track Order.”
- You’ll see live updates on your shipment, including delivery milestones.
Option 2: Using the Tracking Link
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS.
- This message will include a tracking link from our delivery partner.
- Click the link to view your shipment’s real-time status—including where it is now, estimated delivery date, and delivery partner info.

If you’re unavailable during delivery, don’t worry. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to two more times. You’ll also receive updates and options to reschedule.
We usually ship within 24 working hours of receiving your order. After dispatch, our delivery partner typically takes 2 to 5 days to deliver, depending on your location. Customers in metro cities can expect quicker delivery.
Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout before you confirm your order. We offer free shipping on select products and promotions. For more information, go to our shipping policy page.
Return & Exchange
Yes, we do accept returns—but only under specific conditions. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Returns for other reasons, like change of mind, are unfortunately not accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, accessories, and box).
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been used, misused, or altered.
- Original packaging is missing or damaged.
- Serial numbers or barcodes are tampered with.
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the product.
